With unwavering attention and care, Ace Carpentry was able to breathe new life into this classic villa, completely overhauling it into a breathtakingly stylish home. Each room was individually revamped to suit the modern lifestyle and stand the test of time, without losing any of its original character.

The Wakefield Quay Apartments on Rocks Road are the pinnacle of Nelson waterfront living. These new build apartments required only the best bathroom build to complement their high-end, contemporary living spaces. Ace Carpentry completed the full fit-out which included all top-of-the-line features.
RENOVATION + EXTENSION
Allen Street, Nelson
The Ace Carpentry team gracefully updated this Art Deco home from the inside-out, improving on the property from its brand new double garage to the additional studio out back to a beautiful new set of stairs scaling the elevated property. It was the perfect preservation of the unique architecture from that era, transformed into an eye-catching contemporary interior and exterior.
